World Rivers Day is a celebration of the world’s waterways, highlighting the values of rivers, striving to increase public awareness, and encouraging improved stewardship of rivers around the world.

Balmain Bright Sparks is proud to serve its community by hosting a Clean Up Day for our local waterways each year.

We will join together on a litter walk around Mort Bay Park, saving litter from our storm water system and waterways.

We will then celebrate our by fabulous harbour with a community picnic and BBQ.

Balmain bright Sparks welcomes all community members and their friends to join this free event of environmental stewardship and awareness.
